AI Output Disclaimer

1. Nature of AI Services

The Services provided by Nilemob Limited ("Provider") utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and third-party foundation models to generate responses, text, images, video, audio, code, analyses, recommendations, and other content ("AI Output").

Customer acknowledges that AI Output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations, outdated information, biases, or other errors.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Provider does not warrant or guarantee that any AI Output is:

• accurate;
• complete;
• reliable;
• lawful;
• non-infringing;
• fit for a particular purpose;
• suitable for business, legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, engineering, or other professional use.

Customer is solely responsible for independently reviewing and validating all AI Output before relying upon or distributing such output.

3. No Professional Advice

AI Output is provided solely for informational and productivity purposes. AI Output does not constitute:

• legal advice;
• medical advice;
• tax advice;
• accounting advice;
• investment advice;
• regulatory advice;
• engineering advice;
• professional consulting services.

Customer shall seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customer is solely responsible for:

• all prompts, instructions, data, files, and content submitted to the Services;
• all decisions made based on AI Output;
• all publications, products, software, services, or materials created using AI Output;
• verifying compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Provider shall have no responsibility for Customer's use of AI Output.

5. Third-Party Models

The Services may route requests to third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Qwen, DeepSeek, Meta, Alibaba Cloud, or other model providers.

Provider does not control the behavior, availability, accuracy, safety, legality, or performance of third-party models.

Provider shall not be liable for errors, downtime, content restrictions, model updates, or other actions taken by third-party model providers.

6. High-Risk Activities

Customer shall not use AI Output as the sole basis for decisions involving:

• medical diagnosis or treatment;
• emergency response;
• critical infrastructure;
• autonomous weapons;
• aviation operations;
• financial trading;
• lending decisions;
• insurance underwriting;
• employment decisions;
• legal determinations;
• governmental actions;
• any activity where inaccurate output could reasonably result in death, personal injury, property damage, regulatory violations, or substantial financial loss.

7. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

Provider makes no representation or warranty that AI Output:

• is unique;
• is free from similarity to content generated for other users;
• does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Customer is responsible for conducting any desired intellectual property review before commercial use of AI Output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nilemob Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• AI Output;
• reliance on AI Output;
• inaccuracies in AI Output;
• omissions in AI Output;
• decisions made using AI Output;
• third-party model behavior;
• content generated through the Services.

Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of AI Output.
